My Dell is not working for this it just gave me another obstacle to overcome it kind of looks like a pitchfork but it's not I don't know if it's just out of battery or what. It's just that it's not turning on in after doing this it got worse and it won't even turn on all the way for me...need help with this.

Olá! Obrigado pela ajuda! No entanto, meu Venue 8 HSPA +, não funcionou apertando o volume - (menos) e volume + (mais) duas vezes (na tela com o Android deitado de costas). Mas funcionou apertando simultaneamente volume + e power, uma vez só.

Hi there! Thanks for the help! However, my Venue 8 HSPA+, didn't work with press the volume up and volume down buttons twice in the screen with Android lying on its back. But worked with press volume up and power once.

Great. Except it's power then volume up once to go from the Android on it's back to the recovery menu. Where you got volume up and down simultaneously is anyone's guess.

This is pretty consistent with the issues I've run into. Since upgrading to Win 10 (a mistake I will remedy soon) I've had regular issues with the system being unable to accurately track charge level (i.e. indicating that the battery is plugged in, not charging, and at some level of charge) without change whether it's plugged in or unplugged and staying at that point until the battery dies and it shuts down. If I try to shut it down while it's encountering that issue, it will hang on the shutdown or restart screen until the battery dies. To restart it, I have to let it charge for a few minutes to half an hour and then hold the power button for 15-20 seconds, release, and press again.

Indicators that this is going to be an issue vary, but the battery indicator is a big one. The unit refusing to go into sleep mode when the power button is pressed is another. My usual strategy is to keep it unplugged until the battery tells me it needs charged, then plug it in and restart. Aside from this issue, it's been a pretty good tablet, but I think I'll be very careful about the next tablet I purchase, as this issue is VERY aggravating.

I also did the upgrade FP2 via wifi to both of my NOkia 808. One works fine afterwards. The second - which worked fine on wifi BEFORE THE UPDATE -now suffers from the infamous wifi drop syndrome that plagues the Nokia 808. And Nokia Support is a nightmare : two different people gave me exactly the same FALSE information. Nokia Support was not only USELESS in this situation, they wasted my time TWICE. What better way to destroy a brand than to have incompetent technical support to resolve a MAJOR bug that should have been resolved PRIOR to the release of FP2. I guess that's the influence of Microsoft/Elop ---> "getitout, who cares about the bugs"... Ohhh, how I long for the days when Nokia was THE Number 1 Mobile maker....

It's not always true that a bigger sensor pixel is more sensitive. The N8 'pixels' are 2 years old now.

I"m not sure why you say "sensitivity" if the physics of a smaller sensor on the i5 means the N8 gets more light.
